Ronald Lintern came to Canada from Devonshire, U.K. in the 1920’s. He homesteaded on land in the Goodwin, Ab. area, which he proved up.
Ron Lintern’s bachelor cabin was used as a school house before the Mountain Springs School was built, a very community minded effort.
When the second World War started Ron enlisted and went overseas. He married and settled down in England, never returning to his homestead in the Peace.
