The Annual General Meeting for the Members of the South Peace Regional Archives Society will include the presentation of Annual Reports, the presentation of the Beth Sheehan Award, and a special resolution regarding the Society By-Laws. Following the meeting there will be a tour of the Archives’ new facility in Centre 2000.

Special Resolution
There will be a special resolution to repeal our current By-Laws and implement a new version. The major changes include:
- Addition to article 3.2.2: “Such a motion shall be known as a special resolution.”
- Addition to article 3.3.6.3: A Voting Member may not vote by proxy, but may vote by electronic means.
- Addition of article 4.1.3.e: Representatives may be appointed to the board by governments providing sustainable annual funding. These representatives shall be known as non-voting members.
