My doctoral dissertation (History) examines Métis fur trade children, fur trade families, and the extensive imperial support networks that operated to manage and supervise children’s education at home and abroad.
I am currently doing research on the Davis/Hodgson families. Thanks to your new website I was able to locate both the fonds the South Peace Regional Archives has from these families, and access the content of the files that I needed online. Since I have seen no reference to these files anywhere in my research, I would not have found the files without the new website.
Excellent work!
Sincerely,
