Ben Fee arrived in Spirit River AB in the late 1930s, where he found work at the Royal Bank. Shortly thereafter Ben married Jessie Fiske of Edmonton. The young couple lived in Spirit River where their first child, Kenner, was born. When Ben joined the forces in 1941, the family moved to Edmonton, where their daughter, Linda, was born. After the war, they came to Grande Prairie, and Ben became a business partner with his brother, Cliff. Later, Ben and Jessie moved to Vernon, BC., where Ben passed away on November 10, 1979 at age 69.
