It’s time to start thinking about stuffing the Christmas bird! These recipes from 1935 aren’t much different from recipes found online today. I did think the addition of bran cereal a bit odd, but the article says it improves the texture, increases the richness of the flavor, and improves the color. I’m not sure it’s something I would try.
